I often travel from Ohio to Utah in the summer, and Snake Creek Grill has become a ""must"" stop on my trip, despite being tucked away in Heber City. Its innovative blend of ingredients and creative preparations surprises and delights me every time. Think shrimp skewers on a bed of fresh shredded carrots and jicama withe avocado creme; or blue-corn crusted rainbow trout, or elegant tenderlorn of pork in Madeira with mixed mushrooms; or, when I'm HUNGRY, Belle Isle barbequed ribs with a side of calypso beans. And the world's best dessert--gingerbread ice-cream sandwich with caramel sauce. It's so good I'd like to keep SCG a secret--but it IS worth a trip!
