I would like to let all know that I had a tattoo done by Powder a great female tattoo artist. I wanted a dragon design on my lower back. I was getting this because I was born in the year of the dragon. I wanted something that didn't look like it was for a guy. And not something to silly either. Powder found the perfect tattoo for me of a small curly tribal dragon. I wanted something that was sexy and hot and this tattoo says it all. Powder thanks for all your patience.
