It took 10 minutes just to get our menus, 30 minutes from the time I was seated until I had a glass of wine(!!!!!) and 2.5 hours for the total meal. The waiter, while friendly and knowledgable, would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. I was also not overly impressed with the decor. It felt like I was in a hotel restaurant rather than one of Denver's finest restaurants.
However, the food was excellent. The portions were small as one must expect from a restaurant this pricey, but everything was exploding with flavors. Squid ink raviolis were incredible and the pork tenderloin with macaroni and cheese was delicious. Everything we had was really excellent but small.
I would recommend the restaurant only if you have a lot of patience and if someone else is buying.
Pros: delicious food, great wines
Cons: Very slow, extremely pricey
