We went to Panahar based on the user reviews on Citysearch, in search of Indian food that would not leave us sick the next day. It very much was exactly as described in all the reviews, and it was delicious. We took Mirza's suggestions on a few items and were very pleased. The only slight disappointments were the price (order 3 dishes and it starts adding up!) and the service. We each ordered a meat dish, shared a vegetable dish, and had appetizers and naan for $40. Next time I think we'll share 1 meat, 1 vegetable, and no appetizer to make the one-$ range. Service was slow only because it was so busy and they were understaffed with waiters.
Pros: Food is wonderful
