Angela knows her stuff. She not only takes the time to demonstrate the correct exercise position, but tells you why it's important and how it can help or hurt your body. She is also easy going and open, and has a great sense of humor! Be prepared to laugh and exercise at the same time -- which sometimes isn't easy! She is also careful to note everyone's fitness level, injuries, etc. and will tailor exercises to meet your needs.
