Our favorite, since it opened, has been Takashi in SLC. However, on 2/4/06, my wife, friends and I ate at Kampai apre skiing at Park City. Everything was terrific. The On Death Roll is hotter that hot but oh so tasty. The Shishito peppers appetizer was great. The tuna was so purple it looked like it just jumped out of the ocean. The service was very good and the wait staff friendly. Although Kampai won't replace Takashi on my favorite list, when in PC, try Kampai. You won't be sorry.
