I had a hot stone massage by a therapist named Aquanita. I have traveled around the world and received over 100's of massages and she is the best I have ever had.\r

The only thing I didn't enjoy was it seemed like there was too many people at the front desk that were not working the front desk and it caused a lot of confusion. It caused me to be 15 minutes late for my service however Aquanita forfeited some of her time with her family to stay later to accomidate me.\r

I understand she is a team leader... cudo's to whomever hired her she is the BEST!\r

I would like to see a shorter waiting time, less congregating and more assisting guests. There should be someone specifically hired for escorting the guests to and from the relaxation room/locker so they can get prepared for their services verses waiting for the therapists to take us back. That poor girl went from one massage to the next with 5 minutes in between to breathe. \r

In all I think the massage given was GREAT!
