I bought a top name brand suede jacket with faux fur collar and cuffs for $200 (on sale). When it came time to have it cleaned, I took it to a local cleaners and they sent it to RAM leather for cleaning.\r
When I picked it up, it was ruined!! It had wavy lines underneath the suede that stood out sort of like veins. \r
I was FURIOUS!!!! and I have been unable to wear it since.
