Leather Cleaning Gods! 4/13/2011

I found this beautiful soft, tan leather coat in the Clearance rack that was too good to leave. It unfortunately had a big pen mark on the collar. I packed and shipped my jacket from Boston to Detroit and Ram worked miracles! The pen stain was removed and the leather feel and color was in perfect condition. Great customer service and followup to. Would highly recommend. more

they ruined my suede jacket 12/11/2006

I bought a top name brand suede jacket with faux fur collar and cuffs for $200 (on sale). When it came time to have it cleaned, I took it to a local cleaners and they sent it to RAM leather for cleaning.\r When I picked it up, it was ruined!! It had wavy lines underneath the suede that stood out sort of like veins. \r I was FURIOUS!!!! and I have been unable to wear it since. more
