First, she requires you pay upfront - then you can contact your insurance company and make a claim to get reimbursed - how inconvenient is that?\r

Since she has so few customers, they lie to get you in.\r

I am new to NC and called to see if they could replace a crown. They said sure come on in. I expected them to remove my old one, take a mold etc., figured it would be simple. I arrive and they insist I need a new Xray ($75) and they inform me I have to go to someone else first (Kim can't look at your roots) then come back. I spent less than 5 minutes in the chair and was charged $100 - for nothing.\r

And they wonder why they have no clients.......
Pros: Since they have no customers you can get right in.
Cons: Requiring payment up front.
