Very satisfied patient 1/21/2012

Having a dental background and relocating to North Carolina over 5 years ago I searched long and hard for the right dental practice. Dr. Millers office came highly recommended to me by a neighbor. The quality of her dentistry is first rate, having the best cosmetic eye I have ever seen. My husband and I drive quite a distance to be patients on this office but I know what we are getting is the quality I expect. more

Bad Experience... 8/3/2011

I hardly ever write these, but I had to share this. A few years ago both my husband and I went to this dentist for annual check-ups. They "found" multiple cavities in both of us. I found this interesting since I had only had 2 or 3 cavities my whole life. My husband had his drilled and I went to a different dentist who found my mouth to be "perfect." We immediately switched dentists and haven't have problems ever since. One of the fillings this office drilled is now falling apart and has to be redone by our new dentist. Plus paying up front is ridiculous when you have insurance. It seems this dentist is in it to get as much money from you as possible. more

An excellent office 8/23/2009

My family has been seeing Dr. Miller for over 12 years - mostly routine service,s but I also had a crown done, and was very pleased with the results. The office is clean and comfortable, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Further, Dr. Miller does not push unnecessary services. I highly recommend the office! more

Horrible Service 12/17/2006

Dr. Kim Miller is a perfect example of how NOT to run a dentist office. \r \r First, she requires you pay upfront - then you can contact your insurance company and make a claim to get reimbursed - how inconvenient is that?\r \r Since she has so few customers, they lie to get you in.\r \r I am new to NC and called to see if they could replace a crown. They said sure come on in. I expected them to remove my old one, take a mold etc., figured it would be simple. I arrive and they insist I need a new Xray ($75) and they inform me I have to go to someone else first (Kim can't look at your roots) then come back. I spent less than 5 minutes in the chair and was charged $100 - for nothing.\r \r And they wonder why they have no clients....... Pros: Since they have no customers you can get right in. Cons: Requiring payment up front. more

Terrible Customer Services and Time Management 4/4/2005

Overall customer service from the Office Manager, Hygenists, and Dentist was extremely poor. They are unable to manage a schedule and accomodate busy professionals. If you have a lot of time to waste, I would recommend this office. If you want to get in and out with a positive experience, I would not recommend this office. Summary is they made me feel unwelcomed and not important to their practice. more
