First of all, Gina Turner IS NOT the manager anymore... unfortunately! It's this foreign lady, Ava....\r
My husband & I live at the Berkshire Manor, & we recently had a tenant move in above us. The tenant is apparently oblivous that she lives in an apartment & there are others that live around her, that she needs to have courtesy & respect for. We've had problems with music being inapproprieatly played, & it sounds like a herd of animals is running through the apartment above at ALL hours of the night. We've tried knocking on the door, w/ no answer, we've tried leaving stern notes of our concern that we find it very disrespectful of her accesive noise! But the noise got WORSE, we called the police, she still continues, SO our last option.. we go to Management. Afterall, they are responsible for the other tentants. NOT US. Well Ms. Ava has let this person know there is a problem, but to no avail, it's not helping. We go back to Ms Ava, & explain the problem. We feel that we have put up with enough, & have done enough to try to live peacefully. So Ava decides my husband and I need to solve OUR OWN problems, there is just nothing else she can do. I tried to speak with Ava about the situation, & by now, I'm quite frustrated & angry, b/c she doesn't seem to even care, she is only worried about herself. My husband told Ava I would be home with in 30 min. to speak with the tenant. I made it home in 20. When I got home, the tenant had already left knowing that I was coming to speak with her. But he/she left anyways. I spoke with Ava on the phone, she complained b/c she had to stay over an hour of her personal time waiting for me to get there. Well I work out of town, so there was no way for me to get there any sooner.
Pros: Used to be a nice place to live
Cons: It's going down hill, & the manager is a B*tch
