I was upset, but she didn't care about what I had to say, & she made it quite clear that she didn't want to hear it. She continuously interrupted me, & was SO rude, & kept trying to put me off as being silly because we don't appreciate all the noise in the middle of the night. She kept telling me to deal with it myself, & she couldn't do anything, & she ended up hanging up on me. Last I checked she was the manager right??\r
& if the tenant was so eager to speak with me to solve this, why did she leave when she knew I was coming to speak with her. I was very upset that she left, but Ava still accuses my husband & I of being irrational about this. IRRATIONAL?? Who enjoys being woke up in the middle of the night, b/c the lady upstairs wants to do jumping jacks at 2:00 in the morning!!!! Sorry, not me! \r
The lady upstairs keeps making up all these BS excuses & lies for her actions, & told Ava she was afraid of our dog so she wouldn't knock on our door to speak with us, but she won't answer when we go to the door. But the tenant told Ava before she left yesterday when I was coming to speak with her that she knocked on our door befor she left... Uh, I thought she was afraid of our dog. NEXT LIE??? Also I told them I'd be home in 30 minutes, I made it home in 20 minutes & the lady had LEFT! She didn't knock on our door... \r
Ava was an absolute B*tch on the phone to me, & seemed to not care of our problems! So I was a B*tch right back! We pay rent there, & then we have a problem, & this is how we are treated??? Just swept under the rug.\r
All in all, we miss Jenna. Anytime we had a problem or consern, she was always VERY helpful & seemed to be concerned, & more willing to help until problems were solved. She wouldn't just throw her hands up and tell a tenant to deal with it themself!
Pros: Most people are nice
Cons: But the ones with no common courtesy really bring the place DOWN!
