As a cook in a restaurant I know how food should look and taste. This restaurant is clearly inferior. I ordered the Tuna Salad Nicoise (my first mistake) and I only ate a few bites because it was so bad. The boiled eggs were gray, the seared tuna was old and tough, and the roasted peppers were spoiled. To top it off, there was a peculiar ""spread"" looking substance on my boyfriend's English muffins. Upon examining it further, I figured out it was milk solids from partially clarified butter --YUCK!! When the cashier asked how our lunch was, we told him how bad it was and he was so busy taking our money he didn't even listen. Next time I'm really hungry I will think twice about settling for a ""B"" rated restaurant. I will never eat at Wild Thyme again!
