I strongly agree with thetruth60614, I have been through hell recently because of Rosen Management. I live in a condo managed by Rosen Management Services. They do not respond to phone calls or call back, they definitely do not work 24/7. Their staff is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. They keep increasing assessments and a week long project to fix the front entrance of our condo building took 16 weeks to complete and we had to live with the noise and dust coming into our homes for that long. They closed the front entrance for 2 months and caused inconvenience to senior citizens, school children and visitors who were forced to use the rear exit.
Cons: Extremely Incompetent, Unprofessional and Irresponsible
