The girl at the front desk was rude and surly;\r
My cat seemed mildly ill, the doctor looked at him for 5 minutes, no tests, and said my cat had kidney failure and if he lived would need a lifetime of treatment. She handed me a statement for several thousand dollars. I told her I had just been laid off and she left the room for a few minutes. She came back and said my cat had anemia and gave me an estimate for much less. She told me I could make a deposit and pay the rest on Saturday. When I went up front, the girl at the front yelled at me and told me they needed the whole amount that night. I began to cry so they took me into a room and told me that if I couldn't come up with the money for their services that night, a cost effective method would be to have my cat put to sleep. There was more, but it only gets worse. The ethics of this place is shoddy and it is very clear they are only interested in money.
