I find Texas Harley-Davidson is about 10% higher on all their prices even over the surrounding H-D dealerships in DFW. The only thing I purchase, merchandise wise, are items that are on the clearance racks or specials. Other than that I go to other appearal stores like Biker Alley in downtown Grapevine which is close by. - \r

For there service department, I've only used it once and it took 5 hours to change my back tire. I was told it would only take an hour so I dropped it off and walked a few blocks to eat lunch. When I returned a little over an hour later the tire change had not even started yet. For the next three hours I had a very good look at the normal products that every H-D dealer carries and could not believe the markup compared to the surrounding dealers I've been to. Ever since I've gone to North Texas H-D with much better service department and prices. - \r

On a positive note; they do have a lot of motorcycles to choose from. Also I love the converted water tank to dressing rooms. The new store is very well layed out.
Pros: Motorcycle selection, store lay out.
Cons: Poor service in service department, high than normal H-D prices.
