We had purchased a Dryer and TV form Appliance Alliance in Phoenixville, PA and the TV does not work. Once again our TV is still sitting in the living room not working. We had purchased a large and expensive TV form Appliance Alliance months ago and the TV still sits in our living room and does not work. We have been to the store several times as they refuse to give us a new TV or refund. The TV did not work one week after the purchase and this was the first time out of several that we contacted them. We finally contacted Sony the TV manufacturer as they arrived months ago to take a look and they could not repair it. By the way Appliance Alliance in Phoenixville, PA said that it is not their problem. As the weeks go on the Sony repairman never showed up with the replacement part and we finally got a hold of Sony and they said that they do not have the part. At this point I called Appliance Alliance again in Phoenixville, PA asking them to simply pick up the TV and/or give us a refund or replace it and they said the they can not do so. What am I to do now as know one is taking care of our TV that is under warrantee and does not work? Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store, as they do not back their product. more
