After hearing several ppl rave about this restaurant, we decided to check out ""Parker's best restaurant."" We started with the tuna tartar, which was very good, so I was excited about the rest of our meal. We ordered several rolls that were prepared very well and presented quite nicely. The tonkatsu my husband had was also very good. Now, I've only been to 3 restaurants in Parker, and although the food was very good at Junz, I'm surprised it's the best in Parker. The staff was friendly, but the service wasn't any better than any other restaurant we've been to. It was nice to have Jun himself greet us as we entered, and thank us as we left. But other than that, I didn't really see anything spectacular about this place. Maybe all the hype just made my expectations too high. But all in all, Junz is a great place for great Japanese food, and we'll definitely go back.
