OK, I have to admit it: it?s important to my wife and I to have great care for our two dogs?and it?s also important to us that things are CONVENIENT. The care Ruth gave our boys was top rate. And for us, even better than that was no more phone tag, no more nail biting while we waited for a return email or call telling us whether we could be fit into the sitter?s schedule. Nope. PugetPets has an online system where, once we were clients, we could schedule OURSELVES in for service. We?d then get an email confirmation that we were on the schedule, and from there, we could even pay online with a credit card if we wanted to. Of course, being in the tech industry?and a skeptic?myself, I wanted to know just how secure the site was. Turns out PugetPets uses the same protocols as the online brokerage firms. That?s good enough even for me. In my view, Ruth has figured out how to use the best of high tech and the best of hands-on care to create a pet care service like no other.
