I hate having something installed when they give you the ominous 4 HOUR window. ""Someone will be there from 8am - 12noon."" I hate it even worse when they can't make that time frame! It took Michigan Microtech 4 weeks to come out to install my DirecTV and when they finally came out they were 3 hours late!! They had a four hour time frame and they couldn't make it! When I called to find out where the he** they were, I was routed through their phone system where the 5th person who took the call inevitable doesn't know how to use a phone and accidentally hung up! Next time, we're going for Dish Network!!
