I would never use this company. They may end up making me use a different TV company. Pros: None so far. Cons: They just don't have customer service more

Wanted to upgrade DirecTV to high def. Michigan Microtech assigned to complete the install. First installer arrived 2 hours late and wanted to point the dish on the side of the house blocked by trees. Installer told me he doesn't install on roofs!. Installer's personal vehicle dripped 1/2 quart on the driveway. Call customer service and complained. Second installer arrived two days later and told me that it was impossible to install high def because of interferences. Also refused to go on roof. Microtech's install supervisor failed to review location. Called DirecTV resolution specilist to file a formal compliant and made arrangement with local satellite company to complete the job. DirecTV agreed to a partial install reimbursement. Michigan Microtech is the worst run company I've ever encounterd. Avoid this company. more

This could be the worst run company I have dealt with. Still not sure what Directv has to do with Microtech but I am on my 3rd schedule appointment. The 1st they didn't show, because they said the dish I was upgrading was out of stock...No call to say they would not be comming. The 2nd they said the appointment was on the 3rd of February when the appointment was actually Feb 17. They said they left a note stating they were there......no note and no call. more

Poor Service. Promises to install never shows up. Dont use not reliable. The phone number they list is the wrong number, when they answer they hang up. What is going on I have never had such poor service. Will never use again. Was thinking to call channel seven maybe they can help with my problem more

I hate having something installed when they give you the ominous 4 HOUR window. ""Someone will be there from 8am - 12noon."" I hate it even worse when they can't make that time frame! It took Michigan Microtech 4 weeks to come out to install my DirecTV and when they finally came out they were 3 hours late!! They had a four hour time frame and they couldn't make it! When I called to find out where the he** they were, I was routed through their phone system where the 5th person who took the call inevitable doesn't know how to use a phone and accidentally hung up! Next time, we're going for Dish Network!! more
