Long story short: they spent hours ""fixing"" a problem that did not exist on my machine, and neglected to address the only problem my computer actually did have. The free diagnostic did not identify what was actually wrong with my computer, and it was only when I complained that they decided not to charge me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work. My computer now not only works worse than it did before, but I lost some important information and programs in the process. And, best of all, the staff harassed me afterward trying to make me feel guilty and ""grateful"" for the superfluous work and highly obnoxious service. I rarely bother to complain about service anywhere but I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. They don't give you a guarantee of any kind that the work you ask to be done will get done.
