I one thing positive I can say about my experience with Heat n Sweep is that it is pleasant shopping there. They serve you soft drinks while you look around, and seem to know their products well enough to sell them. However, should you require anything in the way of technical information, or if you intend to install any of their products yourself, I strongly suggest that this is not the place to go.
Pros: Nice looking store.
Cons: Zero support for the products they sell.
