They are expensive, lack compassion and have a revolving door of vets on their staff (they use a lot of interns who rotate among their three clinics). Our pet was there for 30 hours, we had to call the vet to get any information and finally moved him to another animal hospital. They told us they forgot to run one important test and wanted to sell us another test literally as we were walking out the door with him. Our pet had not been helped by them and was beyond hope and had to be put to sleep.
