Jambalaya and gumbo both excellent with cooked in spices and fresh ingredients. Service and waitress dish knowledge outstanding; she offered a sampler of gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp etoufee and a very spicy sauce for preparing your mouth for the upcoming experience. Blackened catfish from dinner menu was warm, both fish and rice. Flavor tasted brushed on. Not recommended on this Sunday afternoon visit. Key Lime pie tasted like a vanilla custard with light lime flavoring. Would not make it at a Florida church social.
Pros: Sausage, chicken, okra
Cons: French bread sliced but heated by microwave, not oven. Detracted.
