This was some of the best Indian food I've had here in the States, and good value. I chose this place over an Indian buffet down the road, and was delighted. Friendly service to say the least, they were kind (even though I was only one in there at the time on a rainy Wednesday) and brought the dishes out with a little time in between.\r

The Onion bhaji starter was nicely spiced and crisp. They also made me up a Keema Nan, although it wasn't on their menu and they made a good job of it. I had Chicken Tikka Masala for the main dish, and although not a large portion on this lunch time, it was actually plenty once the rice and a mushroom side curry appeared.\r

Food was tasty and hot, and I enjoyed the meal a lot. Wish we had more of this quality of food at other Indian restaurants I've tried while on the road in the US. Go to the India House and tuck into some good scran !
Pros: Manager was friendly and dishes timed to the table with a bit of breathing room
Cons: If you like plush surroundings, this may not work for you. But still clean and tidy.
