Good: This place is so authentic! What a nice atmosphere, with soft indian music playing in the background, and the friendly waiters, you can't beat it! The food is so great and the naan's are always freshly made and soft, unlike the other Indian places in central new york. The prices are very fair! India House has been here for 15 years! Why? Because there food and proces are the best and people keep coming back for more! My family goes there for our Friday night dinner everyweek! Hope to see you there soon!. Bad: Nothing!!. Good Indian Food 8/12/2005

No the most fancy Indian restaurant I have been to but the food is good. Their lamb dish was really good. The garlic nan and samosas were also very nice. My shrimp, while extraordinarily large, were over-powered by the seasonings they put on them. I think it is one of the better Indian restaurants I have been to. You will find a young and hip crowd as one would expect in uptown, which makes you feel all the more cooler for eating Indian food. more
