...and moving to Park Slope, MELT has proven to be just as gourmet and fabulous as anything on the island. My husband and I went there for the 20$ tasting menu and we were blown away by the complexity of flavor, balance and presentation. The Beastie Boys were playing in the back ground and we had fantastic wine to accompany. This could EASILY be my favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. The waitress/ staff were so sweet and polite as well. I couldnt give this place a higher recommendation.
