RAILTEC installed a wood bannister and railings in our home. There is a problem at the top of the bannister...IT IS TOO LOW ACCORDING TO BUILDING REGULATIONS. RAILTEC seems to think that if they continue to ignore us, the problem will simply vanish. The owner of Railtec did return to our home, then called and asked for a couple of weeks to think how he was going to correct the problem. That was 3 months ago! I called Railtec again this morning, asking for an answer to the problem.\r
If anyone who reads the CITYSEARCH has had work done by RAILTEC, I suggest they call in an inspector to inspect the work.
