I have been taking laundry there for the past several months and have repeatedly been losing socks and just recently had several shirts ruined. When I tried to complain the owner just wouldn't listen to me. She blamed everything on me and claimed that I was simply not turning socks in or that the shirts were ruined before dropping them off.
