Go somewhere else! This place is my hands-down worst customer service experience of 2006. I bought blinds a couple of years back from these guys; a couple of months back one of them broke and now needs to be restrung. Getting the repair done has been nothing short of a nightmare. They don't answer their phone; when they do, they never call back when they say they will. They lost my repair number. Their repair guy calls me at 11pm and then can only come by at 7:00am on a Saturday. The repair was done incorrectly and is on round 2 now. These people are incompetent and don't know how to run a business; take your $$$ elsewhere. more
