TERRIBLE customer service! I've been trying to get a credit on a canceled order for almost a full month now. I've been passed off from one store manager to another, and 4 different sales people. Each person I've spoken to has assured me that the credit would be taken care of and that I'd get a phone call the very next day to confirm. No one has ever called back - not once. After my 8th phone call and one wasted visit to the store, I finally called my credit card company. Thankfully, I'd charged the order to American Express. American Express has placed the $500 charge in dispute and will contact 3 Day Blinds and take care of getting me the refund.
