My sister got married last month. They ordered the wrong size and then tried to cover it up by claiming they didn't. They were suppose to order a size 12, but ordered a 10. It was hard watching my sister try on a dress knowing they had made a mistake and wouldn't admit to it. And...she had lost a couple pounds since the fitting...not gained! She then had to pay $300 in alterations for THEIR mistake of ordering the wrong size. They had to take the dress out and it left 2 tiny holes from where they took it out. To add to the drama...my Mom also got her dress there and needed to have it altered which we expected. However, the seamstress made the dress too tight and so she had to have it altered again. After the 2nd alteration, it was still too tight. In the end, my Mom paid $180 and it STILL didn't fit. She then took it to a local seamstress in which she said that there were a lot of mistakes in the alterations and it was way too tight. She charged my Mom $10 to fix the mistakes. My Mom called and spoke with lady who owns the shop about the situation and she would not admit to the mistakes. Terrible business and certainly a place that is trying to get the most for their money rather than work with their custumers.
Cons: extremely expensive and do not take care of their custumers...focus only on making money
