Ever been to Southwest US? This rivals much of the authentic southwest cuisine found in California, Texas, New Mexico. I really enjoy the pulled pork tenderloin and buffalo chicken. Fresh made right in front of you. Quick(not fast)food. Is made in a hurry. Usually in under 3 to 4 minutes. The large, and i do mean large, portions are enough for any appetite. And the fact that it is healthy(not that you would know from the taste) is only a bonus. Usually in this part of the country to eat ""mexican"" meant to feel sick afterwards from the grease. Not at The Whole Enchilada. I enjoy the interesting and creative and clean atmosphere. I have been to all three(Durham, Guilford, Westbrook) and the food is excellent and consistent at all three locations. As for price. It is a bargain for the amount and quality of food served in each meal.
