As frequenters to the Vanity Fair Outlets, my wife and I get tired of fast food and food court food. Viva offers a quiet and comfortable place to get a wide variety of good food in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to vacate the table for more folks - it's big enough to accommodate quit a crowd, but the interior is broken up into ma ny intimate and separate areas. There's even a real fire in the fireplace for those nippy afternoons and evenings! We've even gone there as a destination, with no shopping, occassionally! Friendly and cheerful staff, and now a new tapas menu (go for the five items, and be sure one is the shrimp firecrackers!). Good hopuse wines and a wide variety of mixed drinks (another reviewer had trouble here, but that has not been my experience). Only shortconming is a lack of a website, to see what the daily specials are. Enjoy! Laissez les bons temps rouler (Let the good times roll)!
Pros: ambience, locale, cheerful and friendly staff - handicapped-accessable
Cons: have to walk around to the friont freom the parking lot (moderately inconvenienet)
