I'm very familiar with this gym. Members are suckered into paying inflated rates....$300 and up for a year...pa-leese! You shouldn't have to pay more than $200/year...I pay a little less than that. The trainers in Thornton, while well-intentioned, are a little too social and click-ish for me. If you don't make friends with them, you'll feel like you're back in high school, being outcast by the cheerleaders.
Facility hours are too limiting. Closed on Sundays and every possible holiday.
On the bright side, there's something nice about an all-female gym atmosphere. No muscle-head boys leering or hogging the equipment. The equipment is good, compared to other gyms. They have smaller machines, designed women...and just the right variety.
Watch for specials...6months for $99.
Pros: equipment, atmosphere, classes
Cons: too expensive, click-ish trainers, hours
