I've been a patient of Keith Dockery for over 10 years. He is terrific! Very knowledgable and very personable. I had what was supposed to be a short 20 minute appoitment yesterday, 1/3/06 with the Audiologist for an ear plug fitting at 2:30. I was ignored in the waiting room from 2:30 to 3:45, and then I finally left. If someone would have told me that there was a problem, I could understand, but they just let me sit there. I won't go back. I found a great Audiologist much closer to home.
Pros: Great Doctor, Files my insurance
Cons: Pay parking, Long waits, Long commute
