Needed to clean some old carpet stains. They are easy to schedule, on-time, nice guys but at the end did not get the stains out at all. Only had the steam rake and some spray to work with and it did not get the job done. They don't stand by their unconditional guaranty - ""If at any time you are not completely satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem."" - not for me.
