My wife and I stayed for a night at this Best Western, and received horrible customer service from the front desk. They refused to honor our AAA discount, and quoted us three different prices for the same room! Is this Newport Oregon, or are we bartering in Mexico? Just tell people the price and then honor it. We don't care about $10, but we do care about politeness and honesty.
