My wife and I stayed for a night at this Best Western, and received horrible customer service from the front desk. They refused to honor our AAA discount, and quoted us three diff...

Great location, everything else is okay 8/15/2011

Stayed here for a weekend... it's an old hotel, so the interiors don't look as good as the recent hotels. more

Ever heard of Customer Service? 1/4/2006

My wife and I stayed for a night at this Best Western, and received horrible customer service from the front desk. They refused to honor our AAA discount, and quoted us three different prices for the same room! Is this Newport Oregon, or are we bartering in Mexico? Just tell people the price and then honor it. We don't care about $10, but we do care about politeness and honesty. Pros: Nice view if on Beach Cons: Bad Service more
