I exchanged emails with the owner who was quite responsive and directed me to another employee (Rod M.). He failed to respond to two emails. I called a few weeks later and asked for the owner but was directed to Rod's voicemail. I got one message from him about a week later, and then never heard back after I returned that call. If they treat prospective customers like this, I'd hate to see how they treat any customers who tolerate this poor introduction. Do they ever show up to do a booked job? There are enough competitors that I'll look elsewhere.
