Recall this situation vividly. First disenfranchised badge customer since we opened, of which I am aware.
Customer provided a jpeg that was very low quality... had significant over-exposure outside of the logo itself--was highly pixelated---Not anywhere near the requested "line vector art" rendering requested.
His wife/friend picked up the order saying she was very pleased. Told my employees she loved it.
Our offer to simply refund the money was done in good faith as we are very Christian "golden rule" folks.
We simply used the low quality image he provided--On at least 3 separate occasions, we contacted him for better artwork. He simply replied this is what the "organization gave us and we dont have anything else." We did not "hand draw" it as he so implies.....but we did offer to have it professionally redrawn and was told to do the best with what he provided.
