Crown Trophy

I was so impressed with the owner's personal touch and attention that he gave to every customer that came in. I know a guy who remodeled his shop and he was great to work for. I will recommend Crown Trophy at the Colonade in San Antonio to whomever may inquire for years to come. The job turned out beautiful, I am the contractor that did it! more

I was in charge of taking care of the trophy's for my sons baseball team. After much shopping around I decided to go with Crown. They had the highest quality merchendise at the most reasonable prices. The did the engraving and I even gave them one of the names wrong and they corrected the mistake at thier cost which they didn't have to do cause it was my fault. The team was very happy with thier trophy's and they will be somthing that they will treasure for many years to come. more

Crown Trophy has a wide variety of recognition items. They not only have a wide variety ot trophys, they also have plaques, medals, ribbons, and they even have bobble heads. They have an assortment of sizes and can customize most of the items with personal engraving. The service is good. You have to order your purchase, but they have it ready pretty quick. I just saw the posting by "Michael". Recall this situation vividly. First disenfranchised badge customer since we opened, of which I am aware. Customer provided a jpeg that was very low quality... had significant over-exposure outside of the logo itself--was highly pixelated---Not anywhere near the requested "line vector art" rendering requested. His wife/friend picked up the order saying she was very pleased. Told my employees she loved it. Our offer to simply refund the money was done in good faith as we are very Christian "golden rule" folks. We simply used the low quality image he provided--On at least 3 separate occasions, we contacted him for better artwork. He simply replied this is what the "organization gave us and we dont have anything else." We did not "hand draw" it as he so implies.....but we did offer to have it professionally redrawn and was told to do the best with what he provided. The name badge we wanted produced from a jpg of our logo was not produced as promised. Looked as if it was hand drawn. Was told after producsed that it was because of the jpg format - however that was not supposedly a problem prior to placing the order. They did offer a full refund - but I was disappointed for not being better informed upfront and thus wasting 3 days PROS: Refunded money CONS: Not seemingly knowledgable as to how a jpg would come out on metal badge more
