Whenever I leave Santa Fe for a business trip out of town, the first thing I do when I get back home is head over to Tia Sophia's for my ""green chili"" fix. Locals and tourists alike wait patiently for tables at this downtown gem for lunch and breakfast. Everything is wonderful from the bean burritos drenched in chili to the chalupas, enchiladas, and chili rellenos. The best part is that the same family owns Tomasita's and Diego's (at DeVargas mall). I eat at each regularly.
Pros: Inexpensive, Great food, Where the locals eat
Cons: Closed Sunday
