I purchased a TV there last October. I had problems with it intermittently from the start. I brought it back to have it exchanged and they said I was a few days past their exchange date. If I did not have a service plan, I had to deal with the manufacturer. I had to send the unit to the manufacturer, and have been without it for a month now, and am told it will be more weeks till I see it again. I asked for an exchange now since the delay is their fault. They refused. This is terrible customer service. more
