I purchased a $1500 laptop and a $600 digital camera from Best Buy. Neither of them work properly. I've had them for about 7 months and the laptop has been in for repairs 3 times and the camera once.
Every time I go there I have to wait for at LEAST 45 minutes before someone can assist me. Then I have to wait TWO WEEKS while the product is sent away for repairs.
At this point I'm wanting new merchandise, but because the repairs are not for the exact same problem, no one will help me.
But I bet you that if it was one of the store associates, they wouldn't stand for this...
