While their staff is friendly and willing to help....I dread the day I every have to file a claim. This was my husband's insurance when we married-so we kept it. But, I get so flustered and confused any time I have to renew a policy, add or change something, or just try and figure out what they've sent me. They send out a multiple billings on the same policy with different amounts, add on coverage not discussed, etc. etc.-you'd better read everything they send at least twice
