While their staff is friendly and willing to help....I dread the day I ever have to file a claim. This was my husband's insurance company when we married-so we kept it. But, I get so flustered and confused any time I have to renew a policy, add or change something, or just try and figure out what they've sent me. They send out multiple billing on the same policy with different amounts due, add on coverage not requested, etc. etc. You'd better read everything they send you at least twice.
