Nationwide Insurance

I was online checking around today for some auto ins quotes. After filling out a online ins form I got calls from several companies. One was Nationwide here in my home town (Fort Smith, AR), I talked to a male person (name??) He reviewed my info and gave me a higher quote then what I had. When I told him he was a higher quote he told me to just stay with who I was using! Very RUDE!!!.....so I told him I would do that!! and check somewhere else. Turns out Nationwide is the same as Farmers ins, and that's who I am using now. So I guess he wasn't going to waste his time with me. That's fine but this person was nothing but RUDE!! I will be taking my business and money somewhere else next time. NEVER use these people in Fort Smith....nothing but RUDE. more

I have had my insurance with this agency for 20 plus years, they are great, have always helped any time I have had a claim or a question regarding my policies. Everyone should check them out. more

While their staff is friendly and willing to help....I dread the day I ever have to file a claim. This was my husband's insurance company when we married-so we kept it. But, I get so flustered and confused any time I have to renew a policy, add or change something, or just try and figure out what they've sent me. They send out multiple billing on the same policy with different amounts due, add on coverage not requested, etc. etc. You'd better read everything they send you at least twice. more
