very expensive (labor was $900), busy. They replaced the indoor blower motor, but it still looks old! Hmmm. But apparently they knew what they were doing since the AC got fixed, and they are careful around the house, cleaning up after themselves. Had a huge communication problem because you always go thru the receptionist, you can't contact the repairperson directly! So my repair was delayed 2 very hot weeks. Moreover, I asked them to check everything over, but now that winter's come, the heater doesn't work.
PROS:
CONS: cannot contact the repairperson directly if you have a problem. Costly.
